About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join a leading organization in the UAE's dynamic tourism and entertainment sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the human resources function while contributing to the organization's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans
Lead the full spectrum of HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and organizational development
Partner with senior leadership to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives
Oversee learning and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities and succession planning
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain best practices in HR policies and procedures
Manage the HR budget and team while optimizing resources and processes
Drive digital HR transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience
Lead employee wellness and retention programs to maintain a positive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Proven experience in the tourism and entertainment sector within the UAE market
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies at an organizational level
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
Track record of leading organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly preferred
