Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive talent acquisition strategies

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of HR leadership experience

Specialized experience in hospitality or tourism sector

Proven track record of building high-performing teams

Comprehensive understanding of UAE labor laws
