Job Description:

Harries Group is hiring an experienced HR Director on behalf of a prestigious organization near Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive HR initiatives, foster employee engagement, and build a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a productive workplace environment.

Performance Management: Implement robust performance evaluation systems to align employee goals with organizational objectives.

HR Compliance: Design and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labor laws.

Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.

Employee Relations: Address and resolve workplace conflicts while ensuring positive employee relations.

Learning & Development: Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to develop employee skills and leadership capabilities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in the hospitality or tourism sector.

Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Strong expertise in employee engagement and retention strategies.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws (highly preferred).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Important Notes:

The position is based in Abu Dhabi; candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the area.
