Kinz Group is urgently seeking a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Assistant to join our growing team in the United Arab Emirates. This dual-role position is ideal for individuals who can balance HR and administrative responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will contribute to both employee-related functions and office management tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.

Eligibility and Experience Requirements

We are specifically looking for immediate joiners with 1–2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience within the UAE. Familiarity with local labor laws, employee documentation processes, and office coordination is essential. Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE and available to start at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

The HR cum Admin Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, preparing HR documents, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. On the administrative side, the candidate will handle office supplies management, scheduling meetings, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Skills and Competencies

This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic HR software is expected. The ability to multitask and adapt quickly to shifting priorities will be a key factor in succeeding in this position.
