Position Overview:
Aaronz & Co Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for people, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Job Posting and Screening: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made, and candidates are well-informed.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials, coordination of orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Offboarding: Support the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
Employee Records Management:
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Document Compliance: Ensure all employee documentation is completed and filed correctly, maintaining the confidentiality and security of employee information.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, verification of hours worked, and coordination with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
Benefits Coordination: Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other company-provided benefits.
Training and Development:
Program Coordination: Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, managing participant lists, and preparing training materials.
Development Initiatives: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating the delivery of relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Employee Engagement:
Engagement Support: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company events, team-building activities, and other employee-centric programs.
HR Queries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing accurate information and guidance.
HR Reporting and Documentation:
Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of HR reports, including metrics on recruitment, employee turnover, and training activities.
Documentation Support: Ensure all HR documentation is properly formatted, organized, and filed according to company standards.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator.
Proven experience in handling HR administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee record management.
Skills and Competencies:
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
Labor Law Knowledge: Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
