Role Overview: Irwin and Dow, a forward-thinking international investment firm, is urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Office Assistant to join our team. HR Operations and Employee Engagement Support: You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture within our firm.
HRIS Data Management and Visa Compliance Oversight: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HRIS data, ensuring data integrity, and overseeing visa compliance processes for our international team members, adhering to local regulations.
Onboarding, Recruitment Coordination, and HR Logistics Assistance: You will provide crucial support in the onboarding process for new hires, assist with recruitment coordination activities, and manage various HR-related logistical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Personnel File Management and Event/Audit Coordination: You will be responsible for the meticulous management of personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy, and you will also assist in the coordination of company events and HR audits as required.
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are essential for this role, along with strong proficiency in both written and verbal English language communication to interact effectively with colleagues and external partners.
