About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Office Assistant to join our forward-thinking international investment firm. Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee visa processing and ensure adherence to local labor laws.
Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating recruitment activities.
Manage personnel files and maintain confidential employee records.
Help organize company events, meetings, and internal audits.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
