HR Coordinator - Hospitality

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a strong hospitality background to join our team. The ideal candidate will blend HR expertise with hospitality sensibilities to create and maintain an outstanding employee experience while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and concerns

Foster a positive work environment that reflects our hospitality-driven culture

Manage employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism

Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation

Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job platforms

Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews

Training & Development

Coordinate training programs and workshops

Track employee development and performance reviews

Support managers in talent development initiatives

Maintain training records and certifications

Compliance & Administration

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Manage visa processes and documentation for employees

Monitor and update HR policies and procedures

Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination

Prepare HR reports and analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa regulations

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Arabic language skills preferred
