Role Overview – Autolink Contracting is hiring an HR Coordinator Cum Camp Boss for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished professionals with strong combined HR coordination and camp management expertise, construction and contracting industry knowledge, and the ability to manage both HR functions and worker accommodation operations effectively, coordinate recruitment and HR administration, supervise worker welfare and camp operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain worker discipline and performance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic contracting organization.
HR Administrative Support – You will provide comprehensive HR administrative support by coordinating processes, managing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate HR functions and support organizational objectives. You should manage HR administration professionally.
Human Resources Operations – You will support HR operations by coordinating procedures, maintaining records, organizing systems, and supporting compliance. You will oversee organized HR operations. You should manage HR administrative tasks effectively.
Recruitment and Hiring Support – You will assist with recruitment by supporting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. You will coordinate with hiring managers and support hiring processes. You should contribute to recruitment activities.
Job Posting and Vacancy Management – You will manage job postings by coordinating advertisements, organizing vacancies, updating information, and supporting promotion. You will help disseminate job opportunities. You should support job posting activities.
Applicant Screening and Shortlisting – You will screen applications by reviewing submissions, evaluating qualifications, shortlisting candidates, and maintaining records. You will help identify qualified candidates efficiently. You should screen applications systematically.
Applicant Tracking System Management – You will manage ATS by organizing candidate information, tracking applications, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment workflows. You will maintain organized candidate tracking and communication. You should manage ATS effectively.
Interview Coordination and Scheduling – You will coordinate interviews by scheduling sessions, arranging facilities, notifying candidates, and confirming details. You will facilitate smooth interview processes and logistics. You should coordinate interview scheduling.
Candidate Communication – You will communicate with candidates by providing information, confirming details, sending updates, and supporting professionalism. You will maintain professional candidate communication. You should communicate with candidates professionally.
