Job Description

The HR Coordinator will work closely with recruiters and department heads to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist recruiters in screening resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication with candidates. Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.

Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Act as a point of contact for new employees, providing information and answering questions about company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and communication of benefits information. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support HR Manager in handling employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and addressing employee concerns.

Administrative Support: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as memos, announcements, and policy updates. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, such as training sessions, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position.

Office environment with occasional travel to other company locations.

May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet deadlines.
