Overview:

Prime Strategy Consultants is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and a keen understanding of compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations. This role involves overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:

Oversee all HR operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations.

Stay updated with the latest changes in labor laws and ensure the company’s HR practices are compliant.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication channels between employees and management.

Address employee concerns and queries promptly and efficiently.

Facilitate regular updates and announcements regarding HR policies and company news.

Record Keeping:

Maintain and update employee records accurately.

Ensure confidentiality and security of HR data and documents.

Recruitment Support:

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate databases.

Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company.

Performance Management:

Support the performance management process by coordinating performance reviews and maintaining performance records.

Employee Engagement:

Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work environment.

Training and Development:

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions for employees.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.

Retail experience is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
