Job Description

Human Resources Coordination: The HR Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth workflow for employee onboarding, documentation, and internal HR processes, while assisting in aligning HR activities with organizational goals.

Recruitment and Onboarding Support: The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting new hires during onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

Employee Records Management: Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, tracking attendance, leave, and HR documentation, and ensuring that all confidential information is handled professionally and securely.

Compliance with UAE Labor Law: The HR Coordinator will ensure all HR activities, contracts, and employee documentation comply with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies, providing guidance where necessary.

Administration and Reporting: The position requires preparing HR-related letters, reports, and documentation while supporting HR managers with various administrative tasks and ensuring timely submission of required data and reports.

Communication and Coordination: The HR Coordinator will act as a liaison between management, employees, and external parties, facilitating smooth communication, addressing HR-related queries, and promoting a positive work environment.
