Job Description

Role Purpose: The HR Coordinator role focuses on supporting the HR department with daily administrative tasks while ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and efficiently to maintain a structured and organized work environment.

Documentation Support: The candidate will manage employee documentation by maintaining accurate records, preparing HR letters, updating personnel files, and ensuring that all documentation is aligned with company policies and HR standards.

Recruitment Assistance: The HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates to ensure a seamless and professional hiring experience.

Onboarding Facilitation: The role involves supporting new hire onboarding by preparing joining documents, coordinating orientation schedules, and helping employees transition into the organization in a clear and efficient manner.

HR Administrative Duties: The candidate will handle various operational tasks such as updating HR databases, tracking attendance, organizing HR reports, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are completed within deadlines.

Employee Support Activities: The HR Coordinator will address employee inquiries, provide necessary guidance, and act as a point of contact for HR-related questions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Policy and Compliance Assistance: The role also requires supporting HR leadership in implementing company policies, monitoring compliance standards, and contributing to maintaining a positive and well-regulated workplace environment.
