Job Description
HR Operations Management: As an HR Coordinator at Yas Clinic, you will manage essential human resources operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance, helping the clinic operate efficiently and maintain its high standards in patient care.
Recruitment and Staffing Support: You will assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring the best candidates are selected. Your role is critical in helping the clinic attract top talent and maintain a skilled, motivated workforce.
Employee Onboarding and Engagement: You will facilitate new employee orientation, helping staff understand policies, procedures, and workplace culture. You will also support initiatives to boost employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
HR Documentation and Compliance: You will maintain accurate HR records, update employee files, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and clinic policies. Proper documentation will support audits and contribute to regulatory adherence and operational transparency.
Payroll and Benefits Coordination: You will assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. Your accuracy and attention to detail will help ensure employees are paid correctly and on time, and that their benefits are properly managed.
HR Process Improvement: You will participate in reviewing HR workflows and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. Proactive involvement in HR projects will help streamline processes and strengthen organizational practices.
