Job Overview: Saif Belhasa Group, a leading business conglomerate in the UAE, is currently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our HR department in Dubai. The role involves providing comprehensive support in HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative functions to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the organization.

Core Responsibilities: The HR Coordinator will assist in maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, managing attendance, and supporting payroll activities. You’ll also play a vital role in coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding new employees.

Employee Engagement: In this role, you will contribute to creating a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives, assisting in organizing team events, and promoting communication between staff and management. Your focus will be on ensuring a healthy, collaborative, and productive work environment.

HR Administration: The successful candidate will handle day-to-day HR administrative duties including updating HR databases, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. Attention to detail and organizational excellence will be key to success in this role.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with the HR Manager and department heads, you will help align HR functions with company goals. You’ll also assist with learning and development programs, performance reviews, and other people-oriented initiatives that contribute to overall business success.
