Job Description

Job Overview: SocialEyez, a leading creative and digital communications agency in Dubai, is seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing HR operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the daily functions of the HR department, from onboarding to employee engagement.

HR Support and Operations: In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day HR functions, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, preparing HR letters, and assisting in payroll coordination. You’ll ensure that all documentation and HR processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a well-organized and compliant HR department.

Recruitment and Onboarding: You will help coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees. You’ll also help create a welcoming and engaging induction experience for new hires to ensure they feel part of the SocialEyez family from day one.

Employee Relations and Communication: The HR Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support internal communication initiatives. You’ll assist in organizing staff activities, performance review logistics, and engagement programs to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and creative work culture.

Administrative Assistance: This role requires excellent administrative and multitasking abilities. You will handle correspondence, maintain HR files, track attendance, and assist with HR-related projects as needed. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure efficient and accurate management of HR data.

Collaboration and Growth: Working closely with the HR Manager and creative teams, you’ll gain valuable exposure to all aspects of HR within a fast-paced agency environment.
