Job Overview: TASC Outsourcing is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator for a 6-month contractual role in Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals looking to gain HR experience in the UAE and GCC region. You will support HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement activities while learning local labor practices and contributing to meaningful change within the organization.
Key Responsibilities: You will assist with the end-to-end employee experience, including onboarding, induction programs, documentation, and policy compliance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR records, assisting in payroll coordination, and supporting recruitment and talent management processes. Your role will help ensure a smooth and efficient HR function within a fast-paced environment.
Onboarding and Employee Support: A core part of your role is to guide new hires through onboarding, orientation, and integration into the company culture. You will address employee queries, provide HR guidance, and facilitate a positive and professional experience for all team members. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
HR Policy and Compliance: You will assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws. Maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements are critical to the position. Exposure to local labor practices will enhance your understanding of HR operations in the GCC region.
Employee Engagement and Development: You will support initiatives aimed at employee engagement, recognition programs, and professional development activities. By assisting in training programs and internal communications, you will help foster a motivated, satisfied, and productive workforce. Your contribution will directly impact employee experience and retention.
Coordination and Communication: Effective coordination with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders is essential. You will assist HR managers in scheduling interviews, tracking HR metrics, and preparing reports. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly across different levels of the organization are required.
