Job Overview: As an HR Coordinator at DXB Marine, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with daily operations. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for drafting and renewing employee contracts, coordinating with PROs for visa processing, and keeping all employee documentation updated. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they are welcomed, oriented, and integrated into the company effectively. The role demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure legal and procedural accuracy.

Employee Support & Onboarding: This role involves close interaction with employees, guiding them through contract signings, medical tests, visa procedures, and HR documentation. You will organize onboarding schedules, prepare induction materials, and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. Your ability to support employees and provide clear guidance will directly impact employee satisfaction and retention.

HR Systems & Records: You will maintain accurate HR records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring all employee information is secure, updated, and compliant. This includes managing HR software entries, attendance updates, and employee files. Generating HR reports for management and ensuring timely reminders for visa renewals and contract expirations will also fall under your responsibilities.

Compliance & Policies: Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies is a core requirement. You will assist in monitoring labor regulations, implementing HR policies consistently, and supporting audits.
