Job Description

Human Resources Coordination: As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, acting as the link between employees and management. Your role will ensure smooth workflows across HR processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.

Recruitment and Onboarding: You will support recruitment activities by assisting in candidate shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and handling the onboarding process for new employees. This includes preparing contracts, coordinating orientation programs, and ensuring that new joiners have a seamless experience when integrating into the company.

Employee Records and Documentation: Part of your responsibility will be maintaining personnel records, updating HR databases, and ensuring that all employee files remain accurate and up to date. Confidentiality and attention to detail will be key in managing sensitive employee information.

Leave and Attendance Management: You will play a vital role in tracking employee attendance, managing leave requests, and coordinating payroll inputs. Accuracy and timeliness in these tasks will directly contribute to employee satisfaction and smooth payroll operations.

Employee Engagement and Training: Supporting the HR department, you will also help organize employee engagement initiatives and training sessions that foster professional development and workplace satisfaction. This will allow you to contribute to building a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: A crucial part of this role will be ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies. You will assist in monitoring HR practices and advising employees on policy guidelines to maintain a compliant and fair work environment.
