Job Description
HR Coordinator: Al Rifai Arabia is currently hiring an HR Coordinator to manage core administrative and coordination tasks within the HR department. This role is ideal for candidates who possess a solid foundation in HR practices and are looking to grow within a dynamic organization. Arabic-speaking male candidates are preferred for this position due to the nature of communication requirements across departments.
Daily Responsibilities: Your duties will include preparing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR documentation, and supporting internal audits. You will also be responsible for managing attendance records and assisting in payroll data compilation.
Recruitment Support: The coordinator will work alongside recruiters to schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and help manage job postings. Timely communication with both internal stakeholders and applicants is critical to success in this role.
Employee Relations: You’ll help handle staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave management, and disciplinary procedures while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Coordination and Reporting: The role includes preparing periodic reports, assisting with HRMS data entry, and ensuring accurate documentation and filing systems are maintained across all HR functions.
Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a well-organized, dependable professional who is fluent in Arabic and English, with strong interpersonal and administrative skills. A background in generalist HR support or coordination is highly desirable.
