Job Description

Role Overview: Jumbo Force is currently hiring a skilled HR Coordinator for its Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing blue-collar employees and HR processes in a fast-paced industrial or manpower-driven environment.

Blue-Collar Workforce Management: The HR Coordinator will be responsible for handling all HR tasks related to blue-collar workers, including recruitment support, onboarding, time and attendance tracking, and disciplinary matters.

HR Administration: The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating visa processing, medicals, and document renewals. You will also support in scheduling staff training and tracking leave requests.

Compliance & Labor Law: You must ensure that HR practices align with UAE labor laws, including proper documentation and handling of employment contracts, grievances, and terminations.

Employee Relations: Building positive employee relations is key in this role. You’ll serve as a point of contact for site-based staff, helping resolve conflicts, answering HR queries, and relaying employee concerns to management.

Coordination Skills: The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple HR operations simultaneously while working under pressure. Experience in large blue-collar labor force environments is essential.

Reporting & Communication: Strong reporting skills are required to update senior HR personnel on employee performance, attrition, and compliance KPIs. Effective communication in English and Hindi/Urdu is preferred.
