HR Coordinator

Job Description

Job Overview: We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join a progressive international investment firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, recruitment support, and compliance, with a passion for building a positive employee experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Daily HR Operations: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resource functions, managing HRIS updates, and supporting employee life cycle tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Your role will ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency within the HR department.

Recruitment Coordination: You will assist in talent acquisition activities by drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, and preparing onboarding materials for new employees. You'll also play a role in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports.

HRIS & Compliance: Accurate data management will be a key responsibility. You’ll maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, support data accuracy for audits, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.

Visa & Legal Support: You will work closely with PROs and legal coordinators to handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. You’ll also be responsible for tracking visa timelines and ensuring all documents meet government and internal requirements.

Employee Engagement: From organizing internal events to managing employee feedback tools, you’ll contribute to a vibrant workplace culture. You'll also support wellness initiatives and help implement company-wide engagement programs.
