Role Responsibilities: The HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR compliance, performance tracking, and internal communication. You will be responsible for helping ensure that all HR processes run smoothly and in accordance with UAE labor regulations.

Daily Tasks: You will be involved in preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, conducting employee orientations, maintaining HR databases, updating policies, and ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping. You will also handle queries related to employee benefits, attendance, and company policies.

Required Profile: To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in HR, a thorough understanding of UAE labor laws, and excellent administrative abilities. You must be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with sensitive personnel information.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is approachable, diplomatic, and highly organized. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is essential, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
