Join Our HR Team in the Capital
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are looking to contribute to a fast-paced and growth-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be available to join immediately and bring a proactive approach to human resources operations.
Role Overview
As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and HR compliance. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and the delivery of a positive employee experience within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will involve coordinating interviews, managing employee records, preparing HR reports, supporting the onboarding process, and ensuring HR policies are effectively implemented. You will also assist in handling payroll documentation, leave management, and benefits administration while liaising with internal departments for timely support.
Employee Support and Engagement
The HR Coordinator serves as a point of contact for employee queries and supports engagement initiatives across the organization. You will help address employee concerns, assist in conducting surveys or HR audits, and contribute to building a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Compliance and Records Management
One of the key responsibilities includes ensuring that all HR operations are compliant with UAE labor laws and internal policies. This includes the accurate maintenance of personnel files, managing visa and contract renewals, and supporting HR audits and documentation processes.
Required Experience and Skills
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the UAE. A solid understanding of labor law, HR software, and administrative systems is essential. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure will be crucial for success in this role.
