Position Overview
We are actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role. Experience should demonstrate a good understanding of HR procedures, employee documentation, recruitment support, and general administrative responsibilities. Only candidates who are currently available in the UAE and can join immediately will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various operational and administrative functions. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, preparing HR-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.
Recruitment and Onboarding Support
A significant part of the HR Coordinator’s responsibilities will involve supporting recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding procedures. Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees by facilitating orientation and document collection will be a key function.
HR Documentation and Record-Keeping
Maintaining organized and updated personnel files, tracking leave balances, and assisting in the preparation of employment contracts and HR reports will fall under the coordinator’s scope. Attention to detail and compliance with data privacy standards are vital to maintaining the integrity of HR documentation.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as they will regularly interact with employees and management. The ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and maintain a high degree of confidentiality is critical to building trust and maintaining workplace harmony.
Adaptability and Initiative
This role requires someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying and resolving HR-related issues. The HR Coordinator should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in managing workload and improving internal HR procedures.
