Job Description
A dynamic organization in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to manage core HR functions with expertise in UAE employment regulations. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to shape employee experiences while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws.
Employee Lifecycle Management
You will oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, from preparing offer letters to conducting exit interviews. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless transitions for employees at every career stage within the organization.
Visa & Government Relations
The position requires comprehensive knowledge of UAE work permit processing, including labor card applications, medical testing coordination, and Emirates ID procedures. You'll serve as the primary liaison between employees and government service centers.
HR Documentation & Compliance
Your responsibilities include maintaining meticulous employee records while ensuring all documentation adheres to current UAE labor regulations. You'll prepare contracts, addendums, and policy acknowledgments with legal precision.
HR Operations Support
You will provide essential support across various HR functions including payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration. Your Excel skills will enable efficient data management and reporting.
Employee Relations
Acting as a trusted HR contact, you'll field employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and workplace matters. Your bilingual abilities will bridge communication between diverse team members.
Candidate Profile
We require professionals with:
- Proven UAE-based HR coordination experience
- Working knowledge of UAE labor laws and WPS
- Advanced Excel skills for HR reporting
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Immediate availability in Dubai
