HR Coordinator

Job Description

Administrative Support: As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR functions including documentation, record-keeping, and employee file management.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: You will assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating the exit process for departing staff, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with HR policies.

Data Entry & System Updates: Your strong command of MS Office and data accuracy will be essential for updating HR databases, managing spreadsheets, and compiling reports.

Recruitment Coordination: Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and assisting with job postings and applicant tracking.

Policy Implementation: Help implement company HR policies and ensure that procedures align with UAE labor laws and internal compliance standards.

Employee Engagement: Work with the HR team to organize engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture through events and communications.

Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing timely responses to HR-related inquiries and escalating where appropriate.
