About the Role:

Our client, a leading organization in Dubai, is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for HR professionals who excel in employee lifecycle management and possess strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Core Responsibilities:

The HR Coordinator will oversee the complete employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. Your expertise will ensure smooth processing of visas, medical insurance, and payroll components including leave encashment and loan administration.

HR Operations:

You will maintain meticulous employee records while managing attendance systems and resolving staff grievances. The role requires daily coordination with PROs, insurance providers, and government entities to ensure compliance.

Candidate Profile:

We seek professionals with 2+ years of UAE HR experience and demonstrated knowledge of local labor regulations. Your background must include hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and complex Excel-based payroll calculations.

Technical Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in MS Office is mandatory, particularly Excel for payroll functions. Experience with WPS and UAE immigration portals will be essential for success in this fast-paced role.
