Recruitment Assistance: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Onboarding and Orientation: Handle new hire onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth integration.

Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits administration and address employee inquiries related to benefits.

Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Payroll and Time-Off Support: Support payroll processing and track employee time-off requests.

Employee Support: Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.

Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
