Core Responsibilities:

The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment processes from job postings to interview coordination. You will facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires while maintaining meticulous employee records and ensuring all HR documentation complies with organizational standards.

Operational Support:

Your responsibilities extend to assisting with benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting payroll processing. The position requires careful tracking of leave requests and maintaining up-to-date attendance records while adhering to UAE labor regulations.

Candidate Profile:

We seek candidates with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, complemented by 1-3 years of relevant HR experience. Familiarity with UAE employment laws and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential qualifications.

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems is mandatory. The role demands strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in our fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy in all HR processes.

Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional communication abilities are crucial for this position as you will interact with employees at all levels. Your role will involve contributing to employee engagement initiatives and supporting training programs that enhance workplace culture.
