About the Role:
We are actively hiring for one of our esteemed clients in Dubai and are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. Your primary duties will include maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities. You will also handle HR documentation, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing training programs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, either in the UAE or your home country, is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and other HR software is essential. Strong organizational and time-management skills are a must.
