HR Coordinator

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an immediate opening for a detail-oriented professional to support our human resources department with daily operations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees

Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date

Process employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, and visa paperwork

Coordinate employee relations activities and address basic HR inquiries

Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and verifying attendance records

Assist with performance management processes and training initiatives

Handle leave management and track employee attendance

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

Organize and maintain HR filing systems, both physical and digital

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures

Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office suite

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
