HR Coordinator

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of HR practices, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment

Background in HR administration and coordination

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Experience with payroll practices

Strong educational background in HR, Business, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Support recruitment and onboarding processes

Assist with payroll administration and processing

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Handle employee queries and provide first-level HR support

Support implementation of HR policies and procedures

Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives

Coordinate training and development programs

Help organize company events and HR initiatives

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
