HR Coordinator

Job Description

First Option Accessories is currently seeking a highly qualified HR Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE. If you possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.

Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.

Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking employee participation.

Support payroll processing by providing necessary information and assisting with payroll queries.

Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work culture.

Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
