Overview:

We're seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to ensure our organization meets all UAE labor laws and regulations. You'll be responsible for developing policies, conducting audits, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Key Requirements:

Experience in HR compliance and UAE labor laws

Strong knowledge of employment regulations

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Policy & Compliance

Update HR policies and procedures

Monitor regulatory changes

Conduct compliance audits

Maintain documentation

Training & Investigation

Design compliance training programs

Handle compliance violations

Lead internal investigations

Recommend corrective actions

Collaboration

Work with Legal and Finance teams

Coordinate compliance strategies

Support departmental compliance
