About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Clerk/Coordinator to join our team within the hotel industry. Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Clerk/Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks and coordination. Your primary duties will include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. You will also handle employee inquiries, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. Additionally, you will assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 0–1 year of experience as an HR Clerk or Coordinator, preferably within the hotel industry in the UAE. Candidates on a visit visa or cancelled visa will be preferred. Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor laws is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
