Position Overview

As an HR Business Partner - Project at Mammoet, you will play a crucial role in aligning the HR goals of our global organization with the business needs in the region. You will work closely with the leadership team, supported by regional and global HR colleagues, to deliver HR strategies that support our team members throughout their employment life cycle, from hiring to retiring.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy: Lead the HR function by understanding and prioritizing business needs, translating them into actionable HR strategies, and driving results.

Culture and Engagement: Design and implement HR strategies and policies to build a high-performing culture of success, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

Employee Life Cycle: Provide positive experiences for Mammoet team members throughout their employment life cycle, from candidate attraction and onboarding to exit.

HR Advisory: Advise and support the business and its leaders on all elements of the employee life cycle in line with company standards and legislation.

Budget Management: Manage and ensure the realization of the year plan/budget for the department.

Employee Engagement: Drive and implement employee engagement, recognition, reward, and retention programs.

Performance Management: Implement and drive performance management and talent development processes; engage with managers and employees to coach and counsel.

Workforce Planning: Prepare manpower/workforce planning for recruitment, create succession plans, and ensure effective implementation.

Global Mobility: Provide oversight of project resources and work closely with the Global Mobility team to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and labor laws.

Continuous Improvement: Undertake HR projects aimed at continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

10+ years of experience as a Human Resources generalist.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEA HR generalist in a similar industry/environment with deep knowledge of MEA Labor Law.

Skills:

Strong recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning experience.

Experience with a project-led business is an advantage.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Ability to manage ambiguity and handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
