Duties & Responsibilities:
Kingston Stanley is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in human resources, with a strong focus on strategic HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
Talent Development: Identify and facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Organization Development: Support the organization's development initiatives, including change management and organizational design.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement through various HR initiatives and programs.
HR Services and Administration: Manage HR services and administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a B2B company environment.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
