Job Role:

Charterhouse is currently collaborating with an international professional services organization to recruit an HR Business Partner for their Dubai office. The HRBP will collaborate closely with the Executive Director to enhance HR processes, implement strategic initiatives, develop company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law. This pivotal role will oversee the entire employee lifecycle and manage all HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR processes aligned with organizational goals.

Establish and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law.

Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit processes.

Lead performance management initiatives, conduct staff appraisals, and facilitate performance reviews.

Drive talent management and retention strategies through best-practice workplace initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

A degree in HR or a related field.

5+ years of comprehensive HR experience, ideally in a 360 HR role.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Genuine passion for HR and employee development.

Interest or experience in tourism, aviation, or engineering services would be advantageous.
