Job Description

strategic hr partnership – The HR Business Partner will play a crucial advisory role by aligning HR initiatives with the company’s long-term goals, ensuring that workforce strategies support organisational priorities. This includes partnering closely with senior leadership to influence decision-making and drive strategic people-focused outcomes that enhance overall business performance.

talent development and capability building – The HRBP will lead initiatives focused on developing employee skills, leadership competencies, and succession planning. This involves creating structured training programs, identifying high-potential talent, and implementing professional development frameworks to strengthen team capabilities across all departments.

employee relations and workplace culture – In this role, you will oversee the management of employee relations by fostering transparent communication, resolving workplace concerns, and nurturing a positive, inclusive work environment. You will also support culture-building activities that reinforce employee engagement and promote collaboration at every level.

policy development and compliance support – The HRBP will design, review, and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with UAE labor laws while promoting best practices across the organisation. This includes conducting policy audits, ensuring proper documentation, and educating employees and managers on updated guidelines to maintain consistency and fairness.

performance management leadership – The HR Business Partner will manage the entire performance management cycle, introducing structured evaluation systems and KPIs to drive employee accountability and recognition. The role involves guiding managers on feedback practices, developing improvement plans, and ensuring objective performance reviews aligned with business goals.

workforce planning and organisational design – You will assess workforce needs, support restructuring initiatives, and recommend staffing strategies that enhance operational efficiency. This includes analysing organisational gaps, forecasting manpower requirements, and collaborating with department heads to create strong team structures that enhance productivity.
