Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals across Alameda Healthcare Group hospitals. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to department leaders, ensuring HR policies support operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities: As an HRBP, you’ll be responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, coaching managers, and driving HR initiatives that support staff performance and retention. You will also play a key role in supporting change management efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You’ll serve as the HR liaison for assigned departments, working closely with line managers to resolve people-related issues, improve processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Performance & Development: You will contribute to performance management, goal setting, and employee development programs. This includes supporting appraisal cycles, identifying training needs, and promoting internal mobility.
Data & Reporting: You will analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend strategic actions to improve engagement, productivity, and compliance.
Employee Engagement: As a key driver of culture, you will support initiatives related to engagement, recognition, and well-being. A strong focus on communication and trust-building is essential.
