Imtiaz Developments seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align human capital strategies with our rapid growth in Dubai's competitive real estate sector. This strategic role bridges corporate objectives with workforce solutions across development projects.

Strategic HR Leadership:

The successful candidate will implement HR policies that support operational excellence while nurturing our corporate culture. Your expertise will guide talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives tailored to construction and real estate professionals.

Employee Relations:

You will serve as trusted advisor to both leadership and staff, resolving complex workplace matters with discretion. The role demands sophisticated knowledge of UAE labor regulations to ensure compliance while maintaining positive employee experiences.

Performance Optimization:

Your analytical skills will drive performance management systems that identify and develop high-potential talent. You'll collaborate with project managers to create workforce solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Candidate Profile:

We require HR professionals with 5+ years of business partnership experience, preferably in real estate or construction. Your background must demonstrate success in policy implementation, workforce planning, and change management.

Industry Advantage:

Candidates with real estate/construction sector experience will be prioritized. Your understanding of project-based workforce challenges will be invaluable in developing targeted HR interventions.
