Job Description / Role:

A modern and highly progressive company at the forefront of AI technology is seeking to further develop their HR team based in Riyadh, requiring a Saudi National candidate. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for up to 100 employees in Saudi Arabia, with plans to double the headcount by 2025. This role demands an experienced individual with strong knowledge of local KSA labour law.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main HR contact for employees, handling on-boarding, administration, document requests, annual leave and absence management, payroll queries, performance reviews, employee engagement and development, offboarding, and end-of-service requirements.

Collaborate closely with the HR Specialist based in Dubai and support the Chief People Officer with HR functions.

Manage the complete recruitment strategy for both ex-pats and Saudi Nationals, ensuring alignment with Saudization targets and legal requirements.

Maintain compliance with KSA labour laws and ensure all HR practices are robust and efficient.

Provide strong communication and relationship-building skills with local Saudi team members and other HR colleagues.

Requirements:

Saudi National with a minimum of 2-3 years’ overall HR experience.

Relevant HR degree or CIPD qualification preferred.

Experience in day-to-day HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Knowledge of Saudization targets and legal requirements.

Highly motivated, engaging, and professional demeanor with a proactive approach.
