Dynamic Role Overview – As an HR Associate at Hidani Tech, you will be a key part of our human resources team, ensuring that every stage of the employee journey runs smoothly. You’ll manage day-to-day HR tasks, coordinate recruitment activities, and maintain the essential human resource processes that keep our team organized and engaged. Your work will directly influence the company’s culture, employee experience, and overall productivity.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – One of your main responsibilities will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening potential candidates to organizing and scheduling interviews. You will collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs, ensure alignment with company goals, and help onboard new employees with a smooth transition into their roles.

Onboarding and Employee Engagement – Beyond recruitment, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every new team member feels welcomed and supported. You’ll assist in onboarding programs, conduct introductions, and help develop engagement initiatives that strengthen communication and team spirit. At Hidani Tech, we believe that a great onboarding experience builds a great employee journey.

Administrative and Operational Support – The HR Associate will also be responsible for maintaining HR trackers, updating employee records, and ensuring documentation accuracy. You’ll support daily HR operations, including attendance management, leave coordination, and participation in various ongoing HR projects. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be key in this area.

Skills and Attributes for Success – The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant HR experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism. You should be proactive, organized, and adaptable to new technologies. As this is a remote full-time role, self-discipline and the ability to manage time effectively are essential traits for success.
