Duties & Responsibilities:

As an HR Assistant - Payroll at Reliance Human Resources Consultancy, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration. Your duties will include:

Payroll Management:

Processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintaining payroll records and ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.

Handling payroll queries and resolving any issues related to payroll discrepancies.

Excel Proficiency:

Utilizing Excel for payroll calculations, data analysis, and generating payroll reports.

Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track payroll data and other HR-related information.

Knowledge of UAE Labor Law:

Applying basic knowledge of UAE labor laws in payroll processing and HR practices.

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.

Communication Skills:

Communicating effectively with employees regarding payroll matters.

Coordinating with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

General HR Support:

Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as required.

Supporting the HR team in various administrative functions.

Requirements:

Gender: Male

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management.

Education:

Any graduate degree.

Skills:

Expert knowledge of payroll processes and Excel.

Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Good communication skills in English.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates should be available in the UAE.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
