HR Administration Support: In this role, the candidate will provide essential administrative assistance, including preparing HR documents, maintaining employee records, updating internal databases, and ensuring that all HR-related information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy. The person must be detail-oriented and capable of organizing tasks efficiently to keep HR operations running without interruption.
Employee Leave and Attendance Management: A key part of the position involves managing employee leave records, verifying leave balances, tracking attendance, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The candidate should be familiar with HRMS systems and comfortable managing leave cycles while resolving employee queries with clarity and professionalism.
Recruitment Coordination: The role includes offering strong support to the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening basic CVs, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for newly selected candidates. The candidate will assist in maintaining a professional hiring workflow and representing the company positively to applicants.
Employee Relations Assistance: The HR Assistant / HR Executive will act as a supporting link between staff and management, helping to facilitate communication, relay employee concerns, and maintain a positive and respectful work culture. This responsibility requires patience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive discussions with discretion.
Documentation and Compliance: The role involves preparing employment contracts, maintaining up-to-date files, tracking visa renewals, and ensuring all HR activities comply with UAE labor regulations. The candidate must be proactive, organized, and aware of required timelines to ensure that the company remains fully compliant with legal standards.
Operational Coordination: The position includes coordinating with different departments for HR-related needs, assisting managers with staff requests, preparing internal memos, organizing HR events, and ensuring that all operational tasks align with internal policies. A high level of responsibility and independence is expected in managing daily HR requirements.
