About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant (Admin/Secretarial) to join our team in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles to provide comprehensive support to the HR department. Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with administrative and secretarial tasks. Your primary duties will include managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR reporting and performance metrics analysis. You will also coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have 2–3 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required. Professional proficiency in English is a must, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
