HR Assistant - Administrator

Job Description

Human Resources Assistance: As an HR Assistant / Administrator, you will support the HR department by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also help implement HR policies, track attendance, manage leave requests, and ensure that staff queries are handled in a professional manner.

Administrative Support: In this role, you will perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining documents, scheduling meetings, and assisting management with office operations. Your strong organizational skills will be essential in handling multiple responsibilities effectively.

Employee Coordination: You will serve as a point of contact between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. This includes assisting with employee engagement initiatives, organizing team activities, and supporting management in addressing staff concerns.

Compliance & Record-Keeping: A key responsibility will be to ensure that HR and administrative operations comply with UAE labor laws and company policies. You will help maintain accurate records related to contracts, visas, and legal documentation, ensuring that all procedures meet compliance standards.

Operational Assistance: The HR Assistant / Administrator will also contribute to the efficiency of business operations by supporting procurement, documentation, and office management tasks. This role requires someone proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Driving & Mobility Requirements: Since a valid UAE driving license is mandatory, you may occasionally be required to handle external administrative tasks such as visiting government offices, banks, or service providers to complete company-related documentation or formalities.
