Role Overview – Al Menhaz is looking for a smart and proactive HR Assistant with minimum 2 years of HR experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for HR professionals with strong knowledge of Indeed and LinkedIn job posting, good understanding of UAE Labour Law, and fluency in English who can handle recruitment, HR administration, and policy management.
Job Posting Management – You will post jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed by creating compelling job advertisements, selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing postings for visibility, managing job listings, and ensuring positions are effectively advertised to attract quality candidates.
CV Screening and Interview Coordination – You will screen CVs and coordinate interviews by reviewing applications, assessing candidate qualifications, shortlisting suitable candidates, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, and facilitating smooth recruitment processes.
HR Policy Management – You will prepare and maintain HR policies by drafting policy documents, updating existing policies, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, organizing policy files, and supporting consistent HR practices aligned with legal requirements and organizational standards.
Timesheet and Attendance Management – You will handle timesheet preparation and attendance follow-up by collecting attendance data, preparing timesheets, tracking employee hours, coordinating with departments, following up on discrepancies, and ensuring accurate time and attendance records for payroll processing.
PRO Support – You will assist the PRO (Public Relations Officer) with visa renewals and related tasks by coordinating documentation, tracking visa expiry dates, preparing renewal paperwork, following up on applications, and supporting immigration-related administrative processes.
HR Documentation and Records – You will handle HR documentation and records by maintaining employee files, organizing HR documents, ensuring proper filing, updating employee information, and keeping comprehensive, confidential HR records that support compliance and operations.
Recruitment Support – You will support recruitment activities beyond job posting including coordinating with hiring managers, preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and facilitating the hiring process from advertisement through onboarding.
Employee Query Handling – You will respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, documentation, and general HR processes, providing timely assistance and supporting positive employee experiences.
HR Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in HR is required. Your HR background should demonstrate hands-on work with recruitment, HR administration, policy management, and supporting HR operations.
