Job Description
HR Operations Management: The HR Assistant will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records maintenance, administrative support, and ensuring smooth workflow across multiple HR functions for a large organization.
Visa and Labor Card Handling: This role requires full command over new visa processing, labor card issuance, and visa renewal processes while using UAE government online portals effectively and efficiently.
Administrative Operations: The position involves handling all administrative operations including invoicing, petty cash management, and ensuring organized and accurate documentation across departments.
Medical and Insurance Management: The HR Assistant will manage medical insurance claims, workmanship insurance processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while supporting employee welfare programs.
Payroll Support: The position provides assistance in payroll operations, ensuring timely salary processing, accurate employee records, and alignment with organizational procedures.
Data Archiving and Documentation: This role emphasizes maintaining employee master data, archiving records in both digital and physical formats, and ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with organizational standards.
